Burning the Clocks Brighton

We’re looking forward to Burning the Clocks! Burning of the Clocks is based on a procession of lanterns and costumes, led by local bands with a carnival atmosphere through the streets of Brighton, UK. It is a unique Brighton community event held on the 21st of December, created by Same Sky, that brings the whole city together to mark the shortest day of the year. Local people make their own paper and willow lanterns, using our kits, and after parading through the city, they pass them into a blazing bonfire on Brighton beach, as a token of the year’s end.

There are lots of lovely photos and videos up on the facebook page right now, if you’d like to have a look click here.
